Coverage

Three tiers. Transparent about what we see and don't.

Chaanbeen pulls government records from RERA, state IGRS registries, and eCourts. How much we can pull depends on whether a state runs its own RERA portal, uses the national MoHUA one, or hasn't yet rolled out RERA at all. We sort states into three tiers below, and reports tell you which tier the property falls under.

Reports always note which tier the property falls under and flag fields that weren't available for that region — so you know what's missing, not just what's present.

Help us prioritise.

If your region is in the Standard or Limited tier and you'd like us to move it up, tell us. We watch this list for demand and use it to sequence direct-portal integrations.

Not seeing your place?

Tell us where you're looking and we'll prioritise pulling in the local records. We'll email you the moment that region ships.

We'll only email you about coverage for this region. No marketing, no sharing. See our privacy policy.
